Renegade - Model I-Series 2416B WRD SS -Pass-Through Wash System
System Type: Automatic belt conveyor, 3-stage cleaning with PLC integration. Power: 230 volt, 3 phase, 15 hp wash cycle pump. Heating: 45 kw at 230 volt; 60 kw at 460 volt heaters each stage. Tank Volumes: 402 gallons each stage.
The Renegade I-Series Belt Conveyor Pass Through Wash, Rinse Dry Parts Washer delivers 3-stage continuous operation to clean and dry complex, multi-ported parts transported via inline acetal plastic or flat-wire belt conveyor operation. Each wash and rinse stage compartment contains spray manifolds with strategically-placed nozzles to deliver high pressure force and high temperature cleaning. The dry stage compartment contains a powerful air blower to remove residual water from even hard to reach cavities. Conveyor “tunnel” or "flow-through parts washers are designed for high production, repetitive cleaning operations. Stages can be configured in any order.
