Payper - Model CSA-95 -Auto Bag Placer Machine
CSA-95 version is suitable for handling bags with side gussets or PINCH bags. It incorporates a bag accompaniment for powdery products that cause instability, at the same time guaranteeing the bag stays horizontal in the case of PINCH bags. Capacity up to 800 bags/hour according to the product.
We have a complete range of automatic placers for open mouth bags suitable for Paper, Plastic and Woven bags.
- CSA-70, CSA-90 and CSA-100 series are offered for bags with or without lateral bellows. Ideal for granular or high-density products which in turn ensures the stability of the filled bag.
- CSA-75, CSA-95 and CSA-105 series are offered for bags with or without lateral bellows or PINCH. It incorporates a special bag accompaniment for powdered and unstable products and to ensure proper closure of the PINCH bags.
- KID-BAG 800/1500 series are offered for bags or SOS bags with small contents.

The bag placing arm picks up the bag from Bag Magazine & places it on the filling spout. CSA bag placers series is the most suitable solution for those industries who require maximum reliability and automation level for their bagging lines ( new or retrofit ). CSA can handle Paper, PE and Woven bags from 5kg to 50kg. All models can be supplied in both Gross and Net weight configuration according to the application and desired output
- It can feed by a net weigh scale or directly by a dispenser attached to the same chassis as the placer (gross weight option).
