Type Of Construction THH-I:
Three-pass boiler with flame tube, cooled reversing chamber, internal injector to increase the temperature of return water and two passes of ring arranged fire tubes. The boilers are delivered in the right-hand version (controlling on the right-hand side) as a standard. The boiler is also available in a left-hand version optionally.
Boiler Body:
The boiler body is a three-pass fire tube design. The first pass forms a symmetrically placed cylinder flame tube terminated circular reversing chamber, which consists of a tube sheet, a cylindrical shell and is closed by a membrane flooded wall. The second pass is formed by tubes, which are ring distributed around the flame tube. This tube bundle transfers flue gases from the reversing chamber at the end of the flame tube to the front reversing chamber placed in the door of the boiler. From there by the third pass, which forms another ring distributed tube bundle, passes flue gases into the flue gas collector on flue gas output from the boiler. Second and third passes forms a convection heat transfer surface. Flame tube forms the combustion chamber, where is installed the burner at the boiler door.
From the type THH-I 6300 is integrated in the membrane wall the manhole, which allows access to the flame tube and the first reversing chamber. Boiler body is fitted with necks for safety valves, venting, blow-down. Output and return water necks are fitted by adapters with regulating and indicating devices. The boiler body is fitted by manholes and inspection holes for internal revision. All heating surfaces are easily accessible for cleaning and this ensures the permanent high efficiency even during
long-term operation with liquid fuels.
Under the return water inlet is located injector for return water preheat. Minimum return water temperature is 55 °C.
Technical Description
- Output 200 ÷ 14 000 kW
- Max. temperature of outlet hot water 170 °C (ΔTmax 50 °C)
- Max. operating pressures are in the range to 16 bar(g)

FUEL:
- Natural gas
- Propane, propane - butane
- Low calorific value gases (biogas, mine gas, …)
- Fuel oils (ELFO, LFO, HFO)
Advantages:
- Highly economical operation
- High reliability and service life
- Three-pass boiler with low combustion chamber loading (≤1.30 MW.m-3)
- combustion with low pollution and low emissions of NOx
- The use of modern technology
- Easy to use
- Combustion of various types of gaseous or liquid fuels
- Possibility of automatic operation suitable for unattended boiler control
- On customer request can adjust the boiler dimensions and location necks
- Continuous output regulation
- Quality costumers service
Boiler Basic Accessories THH-I:
- Two safety valves
- Emergency thermostat
- Outlet and return water pressure gauges
- Outlet and return water thermometers
- Flue gas thermometer
- Globe valve of outlet return water
- Valve for visual inspection flooding of the boiler
- Blow-down valve
- Vent valves
Monitoring of Flooding of The Boiler
In the boiler body is built-in a device for automatic control of flooding of the boiler. When is a lack of water on the controlled water level, the fuel supply is automatically closed and the burner shutdown to failure. Cancellation of failure and restart the boiler is possible only manually by the operator.
Emission
Emission values depend on used burner type and meet emission limits applied to gaseous and liquid fuels. NOx and sulfur emission liquid fuel depend on nitrogen and sulfur content in the fuel.
Accessories - On Request:
- Economizer (ECO)
The heat exchanger for heating the feed water is placed in flue gases draft. ECO increases total boiler efficiency by 3 - 5 %. - Burner
The boiler can be fitted any burner having specific performance parameters. Burner installation is possible by the mounting flange on the boiler door. - Chimney
Due to low flue gases temperatures we recommend the separate chimney made of stainless steel for each boiler. - Boiler switchboard
Boiler switchboard allows control of all regulatory and control equipment specific to the boiler (control
circulating pumps, control the flow of return water through the economizer, monitor current operating data, etc.). Using the appropriate components can be provided fully automatic operation of the boiler.
