Negri - Model P70 -Pellet Mills
The P70 pellet mill transforms the refined chips into granules with a diameter of 6 mm, commonly called pellets.It is possible to obtain pellets from different types of wood, such as fir, hazel or larch, provided that the refined chips have a maximum length of 1 cm and a humidity rate between 10% \ 15%.
All versions are characterized by careful technical choices:
- Hardened steel extruder thickness 23 mm - transforms refined chips into pellets.
- Two compressing rollers - press the refined chips into the holes of the die.
- System for bearings’ lubrication – agevola e velocizza la manutenzione della macchina.
- Discharge 370 mm from the ground (electric versions) and 545 mm from the ground (tractor versions) - allows the discharge of the pellets into a container.
- Manual feeding hopper (P70E and P70T versions) or automatic feeding hopper with worm-feeder and protective screen (P70EC and P70TC versions) - hopper and worm-feeder facilitate the introduction of the material to be pelletized, the screen guarantees the operator`s safety, avoiding contact with moving components.
- Two big wheels + two small wheels + two handles (electric versions) - facilitate the displacement of the machine.
The electric versions are equipped with single-phase electric motor or three-phase electric motor 5,5 hp or 7,5 hp.
The tractor versions are supplied with three-point linkage.
All versions are manufactured in compliance with the latest European safety standards.
