Made entirely in Germany, these systems use steam, compressed air, or water as cleaning media, ensuring high quality and short delivery times through exclusive production at their Salzgitter plant. Key features include a robust, power plant-grade construction; modular design for reduced spare part inventory; and cast valves for longevity. The soot blowers are divided into various types: the LSB22 lance screw blower, which effectively operates at temperatures up to 1000°C, the SB22 screw blower suited for temperatures up to 450°C (or 700°C for non-corrosive gases), the PB22 pendulum blower designed for specific heating surfaces, the TB22 traversing blower for economizers and catalysts at temperatures up to 500°C, and the DB22 rotating tube blower for lightly soiled heat exchangers also designed for temperatures up to 500°C, without axial movement.
