Elcometer - Performance Abrasive Blast Machine
Available with 12bar (174psi) working pressure, Elcometer Performance Blast Machines provide advanced productivity across a wide range of abrasive blasting projects.
High efficiency and productivity are two key benefits to Elcometer`s Performance range of Blast Machines.
Available in a range of sizes, from 20 litres (0.70cu ft) to 285 litres (10.06cu ft), and supplied with a maximum working pressure of 12bar (174psi), they are ideal for a wide range of abrasive blasting projects.
What`s more, as every aspect is built using high-quality components, each Blast Pot works harder, lasts longer and performs better to improve your abrasive blasting efficiency.
Recent independent testing highlighted that, when used within an optimised blasting system, Elcometer Performance Pots can reduce operational costs by over 30%!
Visit our key features section below for more information on how the range provides industry-leading results whilst improving your safety and durability.
Achieving optimum blast efficiency requires sufficient pressure at the nozzle, with even the slightest reduction resulting in slower blast times and increased abrasive and fuel consumption.
Elcometer Performance Blast Machines have been designed with increased capacity pipework and remote control valves to effectively combat pressure losses and improve airflow.

When purchasing an Elcometer Performance Blast Machine, you can choose from a range of our premium abrasive media valves.
Allowing you to finely control the media flow even whilst blasting, the valves are highly effective at regulating usage and preventing wastage.
Driving down your media costs, this makes them the perfect addition to our high-performing Blast Pots.
At Elcometer, we understand that when you are not blasting, you are not earning money. That`s why we have designed our Performance range of Blast Machines to be highly durable, easy to use and fast to maintain.
From swapping out parts, to moving blast pots in the field, we`ve considered every obstacle which may prevent your project`s progress and engineered a solution.

What Makes an Elcometer Performance Blast Machine?Manufactured at our purpose-built production facilities in Manchester, England, great care has been taken to ensure that each and every component has been designed to make your Blast Pot safer, more reliable, efficient and easier to maintain.
The image below highlights some of the key design components that feature throughout the range.
1) Rating Plate: Clear information on pressure ratings, UKCA and CE approval to both PED 2014/68EU and PE(s)R 2016.
2) Easy Access: Large inspection access wide enough for both arms.
3) Fast Flow Cones: 45/90° cone to maximise abrasive flow rate.
4) Precision Media Valves: Enable fingertip adjustment allowing you to use less abrasive to cover the same area in less time.
5) Flexible Pusher Line: Hard wearing flexible pusher line to maximise air flow.
6) Moisture Separator: Prevents water and oil from entering the blast pot.
7) High flow 38mm (1½”) Remote Control Valves: Minimises air flow loss and shuts the blast system down quickly and safely.
8) High flow 38mm (1½”) Pipework: 38mm (1½”) pipework throughout ensures efficient airflow and minimal pressure loss.
9) Easy to manoeuvre: Balanced design makes it easy to move on site.
10) High Flow Dish: Concave dish for easy refill and deflector plate for operator safety.
