ELRO - Model IP 100 - Up to 0.4m3/hr -Peristaltic Pumps for Liquid and Viscous Media Transport
The ELRO peristaltic pumps are engineered for the gentle transport of both liquid and viscous media, making them highly versatile in handling abrasive or shear-sensitive substances with long fibers and solids. Operating at pressures up to 13 bar or 188 psi, these pumps offer an effective replacement for other pump technologies. The IP series, which includes seven different sizes, is adaptable to a range of applications thanks to its variety of hose materials, including food-safe options, and diverse port configurations. Customization is further enhanced with multiple frame and motor variants. With a maximum pump capacity of 0.6 m3/h and a discharge pressure reaching 10 bar or 150 psi, these pumps ensure efficient performance. The drive output ranges between 0.37 to 1.1 kW (0.50 to 1.5 hp), and they weigh between 12 kg to 26 lb without the drive.
The IPseries of ELRO peristaltic pumps distinguish themselves through a gentle transport of liquid or viscous media. Also capable of handling abrasive, shear-sensitive products with long fibres and solids. Over the years they have become an integral part in the pump pool of many operators.
The 13 bar / 188 psi pump pressures of the standard versions make ELRO peristaltic pumps suitable for replacing other pump technologies. The seven pump sizes, various hose materials including food approved versions and the different port options allow individual adaptation to each application. This variety is further expanded by the frame and motor variants.
