The System is hand installed and requires no pre-measuring of the structure. Requiring practically no specialized or bulky equipment, the system is easy to install in just about any location. This simplicity allows for the liner to be installed in outfalls without roads being cut.

Although the installation process is simple and the principles behind the system are also simple, the epoxy formulations are on the cutting edge of technology. The epoxy that is used is our PerpetuCoat. The epoxy cures in the presence of moisture, is acid resistant, and is designed to work with reinforcing materials, such as fiberglass.

We keep the complicated and sensitive science at our manufacturing facilities where it is in a controlled environment. This allows for a simple and practical installation, and prevents most of the headaches and failures in the field. A simple installation process ensures that the liner is installed correctly every time.
