The EOS-010 features a standard propane burner. An electric burner is optional. The EOS-035 features a high/low burner cutoff, auto water level control, automatic ignition, automatic temperature control and an electric hoist to lift the material basket out of the cook pot assembly and into the dump stand assembly.
