PERSTA - Model DPV -Line Blind Valves for System Pressure Testing

The PERSTA DPV line blind valves are engineered for secure and efficient system pressure testing, adhering to stringent regulatory standards. Constructed from forged steel, these valves are designed to withstand rigorous temperature gradients and cyclic loading without significant wear. Their unique pressure-sealing bonnet mechanism enhances leak-proof performance under increasing pressure, following VGB directives. Each valve is customized to integrate seamlessly with the customer's quality assurance protocols and specific inspection and test plans, ensuring reliability and compliance. With no requirement for specialized assembly tools, these valves are made from various high-grade materials, including A182 F22 and A182 F91, and are suitable for media such as water, steam, gas, oil, and other substances. The DPV line blind valves can operate at pressures up to PN 630 and accommodate nominal sizes up to DN 800, with temperature tolerance reaching +650°C, making them versatile for multiple industrial applications.

For every line blind valve, we bring our own QA system into line with the customer’s requirements and the inspection and test plan (ITP) created specifically for the customer. The pressure sealing bonnet closure also ensures increased impermeability when the pressure rises in accordance with VGB directives. The promise we make to our customers to always deliver trouble-free products has also led to our decision not to use any special tools in assembly.
