Pezzolato - Model PTH 30.50 E -Electric Stationary Drum Chipper of Forestry Matrix
The chippers PTH 30.50 E are stationary electric chippers with a forestry matrix characterized by: robustness, reliability, ease of use, high production performance, high quality and uniformity of the output wood chips, low maintenance costs, in order to guarantee the durability of the machine and an excellent return on the industrial investment. This is one of the most compact models in the range of the stationary machines produced by Pezzolato, capable of chipping branches and small logs up to a diameter of 20 cm, producing high-quality wood chips. The produced chips can be deposited on the ground or, alternatively, can be ejected into a special container through the exhaust fan and the unloading conveyor with manual or hydraulic rotation.
The clear cut guaranteed by the knives and the high inertia of the drum reduce the strain and the stress on the electric motor, confirming the well known production capacity and robustness of the drum chippers by Pezzolato.
The machines of the PTH 30.50 series can be fed manually or by mechanical means, or by mixed solutions. For those users operating exclusively with manual loading, the chipper is equipped with a robust safety bar and a state-of-the-art push-button panel to ensure an intuitive and safe managing of the machine by the operator, present by the machine board.
Thanks to the large hopper, the chipper can also be fed by means of a forestry grapple: in this case the supply includes a special remote control.
A specific set-up is also available for those who use either the manual and the automatic loading mode: the machine is equipped with a safety bar and push-button panel that can be excluded when feeding with external mechanical means.
The main wear parts are specially designed to be low cost and allow easy replacement.
