Phantom - Model X-Series -Deep Sea Remotely Operated Vehicles Systems (ROV)
The Phantom X-Series is a commercial ROV System, characterized as an electric, light work-class, vehicle that packs a robust design for deep sea maneuverability and power. Configured with six vectored horizontal and two vertical Tecnadyne brushless thrusters, the Phantom® X8 has complete control and authority in any given direction, even in the toughest currents.
It is hand-built on a rugged, resilient, non-corroding polypropylene chassis over an aluminum frame that accommodates heavier payloads and allows the integration of a wide variety of sensors and upgrades. Designed with offshore operations in mind, the Phantom® X-Series is adaptable for various underwater tasks in any condition.
Applications for the X-Series include pipeline inspection/routing, offshore wind farm maintenance, infrastructure repair, survey, research and many more.
The advanced technology of the Phantom ® X-Series ROV platform provides powerful maneuverability, incorporates an open architecture, integrates with a wide variety of sensors and is hand-built on a rugged, resilient, non-corroding polypropylene chassis over an aluminum frame that can accommodate heavier payloads.
