The Phoenix Sanitizer Water Heater is designed especially for high temperature applications. The Phoenix Sanitizer heats water to 184°F, ideal for commercial activities such as dish washing, sterilizing tools, and cleaning and disinfecting equipment. The gas fired Phoenix Sanitizer does this without consuming large amounts of energy, through modulation. It is reliable, cost effective, and easy to install. All these attributes make the Phoenix Sanitizer ideal for use in restaurants, breweries, wineries, dairies and more.
Ultra High Efficiency
The Phoenix Sanitizer has up to a 95% thermal efficiency. It provides high system efficiency even during low load conditions. The modulating burner operates at a five to one turndown ratio for greater savings.
Ideal for Commercial Applications
The Phoenix Sanitizer has a max operating temperature of 184°F which is ideal for a variety of sanitation needs. *All units are compatible with natural gas or liquid propane, but must be specified upon placing an order.
Quality Construction
The Phoenix Sanitizer is designed with quality in mind! It features a long lasting 316L stainless steel tank, built to withstand high temperatures. The 316L stainless steel tank also has superior corrosion resistance, eliminating the need for anode rods. An extremely durable cupronickel and stainless steel heat exchanger boasts excellent heat transfer and resists corrosion; it`s virtually maintenance free. The Phoenix Sanitizer also features a self-diagnostic electronic control which display digital readouts for water temperature, set point and differential.
