The BCPE120ES test bench performs permeability tests on thermoplastic pipes in accordance with EN1736:2008-7 specifications, using 100% helium tracer gas inserted into a duly heated test chamber and detecting any permeations on the structure of the pipe itself or on the connection points. Using this bench it is possible to test pipes or other hydraulic/pneumatic components with any connection. The automation of the test cycle is performed using customized software. The system is also equipped with online remote assistance capable of detecting any faults.
