Jireh Industries - Pit Gage for Manual Surface Inspection
The Pit Gage from Jireh Industries is a high-precision tool designed for manual inspection of surface variations in pipes, tanks, vessels, and other structures. It features a rotating digital display and comes in multiple configuration lengths to meet various inspection requirements. The standard kit includes two or four non-magnetic extension arms, but optional magnetic arms can be added for mounting on ferrous surfaces. Components include a digital indicator with a range of 0-25 mm and a resolution of 0.01 mm, a center base for mounting, indicator tips, extension arms, and a blind side base for one-sided pit depth measurements in limited-access applications. The Pit Gage operates in environments ranging from -10°C to 50°C and is water-resistant with an IP67 rating. Batteries are included, and all parts come in a rugged carrying case for durability and convenience.
