It adopts multi-stage double taper positioning technology, each cavity has a single independent mold clamping, and adopts a multi-stage taper positioning system to ensure mold concentricity (eccentricity within 0.05-0.06mm). The cavity and core of the mold are 2316 (hardness>HRC45). The threaded port is manufactured according to international standards, and the material is imported nitride steel (hardness>HRC60). The unique hot runner system ensures the same pressure and PET flow ratio of each cavity.
