It was customized for our Israeli client to meet the local regulatory requirements for food security, which contains four zones: pre-wash zone, fresh water rinsing zone, main wash zone, and fresh water secondary rinsing zone.
It has two powerful high-pressure pumps, which can effectively clean the plastic containers in the customer`s central kitchen. In addition to this, it has a two-stage tap water spray to rinse the cleaning agent from the crate surface. The combination of these two methods ensures that the crate is free of stains and that there are no residual detergent on the crate.
- Before placing the crate, please adjust the fixing guide according to the its size.
- Start the machine and set the temperature to be reached for tank heating.
- When the temperature of the water tank reaches the set value, open the conveyor belt and adjust its speed by frequency converter.
- The operator manually places the crate onto the inlet, then the washer automatically wash the crate.
- After washing, the crate is transported to the operating table.
- Then operator removes crates and places them in the storage area.
- When you need to clean another size of crate, please adjust the rails used to fix another size crate.
- After washing all the plastic containers, cut off the voltage of the machine and open the drain valve to release the water from the tank.
With adjustable guide rails, it can be used to clean many different sizes of plastic containers.
With adjustable feet, the operator can adjust the height of the crate washer to suit his requirements.
