Tapflo Gulf - Plastic Diaphragm Pump for Viscous and Chemically Reactive Fluids
Our Plastic Diaphragm Pump is engineered from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), making it exceptionally suitable for handling viscous, chemically reactive fluids as well as those with abrasive solids. Carved from a solid block, this unique construction grants it superior mechanical force resistance and the ability to manage aggressive chemicals. Compared to standard polypropylene, HDPE or PTFE provide enhanced wear and chemical resistance. For parts prone to extreme wear, an upgraded grade of HDPE can be employed, offering increased abrasion resistance. Our diaphragm pumps are known for their compactness, durability, and reliability. They are easy to maintain, thus reducing service costs and minimizing process interruptions. A range of executions and fittings offers customization opportunities to meet specific application needs. The pump includes features such as rupture protection, twin inlet and outlet options, integrated flanges, and built-on dampeners to minimize vibrations, providing better stability and sealing.
Our Plastic Diaphragm Pump made from HDPE and PTFE is made by carving out a solid block of these materials. This unique construction makes it ideal for managing a variety of viscous, chemically reactive fluids and those containing abrasive solids.
Our Diaphragm Pumps are designed to withstand mechanical force and handle aggressive chemicals. The pumps are machined from solid block HDPE or PTFE, which offer superior wear resistance and chemical resistance compared to standard Polypropylene. For parts that are more vulnerable to wear, a different grade of HDPE can be used with even greater resistance to abrasion and mechanical stress. Our Diaphragm Pump ranges are compact, robust, reliable, and easy to maintain, keeping service costs and process downtime to a minimum. We also offer a range of executions and fittings to alter your pump based on your requirements.

Rupture Protection
Built with an extra set of Diaphragms which prevents the leaking of products into the environment and air distribution system should there be a rupture.
Twin Inlet & Outlet
- Transfer of 2 different liquids (2 inlets and outlets) – two pumps in one.
- Mixing of 2 liquids with one pump, 50 / 50 ratio
- Transfer and return of printing ink from storage to ink tray
- Transfer and agitation of liquids within one pump
Built on Dampener
- Minimise vibrations in the output of the Diaphragm Pump
- Protection for instruments in your pipework
- Reduce wear on pump and maintenance costs
Integrated Flanges
An ideal solution when there is a risk of vibrations from the installation of the pump, providing better stability and sealing.
