Mayper - Plastic Washing and Decanting Module
Plastic washing and settling module built with a rigid black or stainless steel structure, simple and perfectly balanced. Robustness, effectiveness and efficiency are guaranteed throughout its useful life as well as minimal maintenance costs. The basic function of the washing module is the densification of different materials, such as plastics or other solids that can go together (stones, metals, etc).
- Top extraction for floating plastics and bottom for submersibles / debris.
- Self-extraction of materials / waste at the bottom by means of a horizontal screw plus a vertical extraction screw.
- The upper material outlet can be manufactured by the different systems of:
- Overflow comb roller
- Bucket wheel
- Endless
- Perforated bass drum
- The lengths can vary between 3 and 6 meters in length depending on the type of material to be processed.
- The number of advance blades depends on the length of the raft.
- Material advance blades with motor-reducer.
- Electric panel with independent electronic frequency variator for the blades.

Self-cleaning system for the plastic washing and densifying module
The basin incorporates a self-cleaning system of the bottom by means of an extraction auger to guarantee a perfect extraction of solids at all times.
The auger unloads through the center, reducing the extra effort of transporting the waste to one end.
The lifting auger is Φ300mm to avoid jamming. It also incorporates Teflon guides to avoid friction of the thread against the sleeve.
