This industrial waste shredder is designed and suitable for textile waste, old clothes, and scrap materials, old clothes, fabrics, shoes, sponge foam, eps foam, epe foam, rock wool, etc. Output capacity about 800 - 1200kg/h. This cutting machine belongs to our medium-sized paper shredder / crusher. It is used to cut various materials into smaller sizes (from a few centimeters to several tens of centimeters). Our cutting tools use rotating twist blades, with a blade rotation speed of up to 1500 - 3000 rpm. The efficiency for processing thin fabrics is up to 1200 kg/h, which is 40% faster than traditional hydraulic cutting. The cutting tools are coated with diamond nano-film, with an anti-wear life of 400 hours or more, which is three times higher than ordinary alloy blades.
