FACCIN - Model PLM Series -Plate Levelling Machines

Faccin's Plate Levelling Machines (PLM) are designed to meet the rigorous demands of shipyard and steel mill operators for precision plate straightening. The PLM series stands out for its robust electro-welded steel frame, ensuring high rigidity and durability. Equipped with an advanced hydraulic system and adaptable roller setup, these machines provide precise levelling capabilities to produce exceptionally flat metal plates. The system features 7 to 9 main rolls complemented by additional clamping rolls, allowing smooth and efficient processing of plates up to 4 meters wide and 120 mm thick. The entire manufacturing process is conducted internally, adhering to strict quality controls. Key technical features include independently adjustable upper rolls, an anti-deflection system for top rolls, and a NC-controlled roll adjustment, which contribute to its outstanding performance. The PLM machines also offer full customization, a Siemens NC control with an integrated camera system, and support for cloud-based Remote Service Management (RSM).

The precise levelling machine PLM series, boast an oversized electro-welded steel frame that guarantees strength and rigidity. The range is equipped with 7 – 9 or more rolls – along with additional clamping rolls to facilitate smooth feed of the plate.

The standard PLM can handle plates of any length, up to 4 m (160 in.) in width and a thickness of up to 120 mm (4.72 in.), heavier on demand. The entire engineering and manufacturing process is managed internally and subjected to strict controls.
