The Platinous J Series Temperature and Humidity Chambers by ESPEC Europe GmbH offer extensive customization options for various testing applications. These chambers are designed to provide precise control over temperature and humidity conditions, which is essential for a wide range of scientific and industrial testing purposes. Users can configure the chamber's door, refrigeration system, instrumentation, and even language settings to meet specific requirements. For lithium-ion battery testing and other safety-critical applications, additional safety features can be incorporated. The chambers are equipped with an LCD touch panel controller that supports registration of multiple test profiles. Remote monitoring and operation from a PC or laptop are also possible. Notably, the series includes energy-saving features such as PID control of refrigeration and a smart refrigerator and dehumidifier system, which ensure efficient operation. Enhanced control mechanisms facilitate low-cost testing, even for high heat load conditions, by utilizing a unique built-in pipe cooling system that operates without electrical power.

Clear LCD Touch Panel 

The controller comes with an easy-to-use LCD touch panel and allows you to register 3 constant test profiles and 8 program test profiles with up to 99 steps per program, The cabinet can be monitored and run remotely from a PC or laptop.

Valuable Energy Savings 

Espec has always been strongly committed to delivering the most responsive and accurate control of temperature and humidity. In the Platinous series, we have further improved our control system by focusing on energy savings as well. One of the new features is the PID control of refrigeration. The Smart Refrigerator & Dehumidifier System can precisely control both heating and cooling thanks to our N-instrumentation. PID control applies to both main and sub refrigeration circuits.

On chambers equipped with the 400W sub-refrigerator, the Smart Refrigerator & Dehumidifier System controls the operation when stable at constant ranges above 50°C/40%rh. Chambers using this double energy saving control can run most economically. (PL-2/3/4, PU-2/3/4, PSL, PG, PDL, PCR models).

Low Energy Consumption, Low Cost Testing

The PHP Platinous chamber features a unique, built-in pipe cooling system, which operates silently using neither electrical power nor refrigeration. It dramatically reduces the energy consumption even in tests involving high heat loads.
