Plimat - PVC Rubber Ring Pressure Fittings
Rigid PVC (non-plastified polyvinyl chloride). This material is appropriate to be used in contact with drinkable water and other fluids. This material is in accordance with the standard ISO/TR 7473.
Standards
The PLIMAT rubber ring pressure fittings in rigid PVC strictly respect the standard EN 1452-3.
Assembly
Correctly clean the internal zone of coupling, the o’ring gasket and the male adaptor to insert, in order to eliminate any uncleannesses. Put the similar on the extremity of the male adaptor and/or on the internal surface of the o’ring in order to enable an easy insertion. Finally proceed to the insertion maintaining both of the parts centered.
Service Pressure
The service pressure, just as an indication, is of 10 bar at 20ºC (water) or 6 bar at 40ºC (water).
