Bardiani Valvole - Model BBZS5 -Pneumatic By-Pass Valve

Bardiani Valvole manufactures the BBZS5 pneumatic by-pass valve, designed for flexibility across various industrial applications, including food, beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, and biotech sectors. The BBZS5 model allows for precise regulation of retained pressure through a spring-loaded mechanism controlled by an adjustment pin on the actuator's top back. Unique to this model is its capability to facilitate valve cleaning by opening the actuator with air injection. The valve is certified by EHEDG, ATEX, and 3A 53-06 standards, ensuring compliance with stringent industry requirements. It comes in multiple variants, including options with steam barriers (BBYS5) and diaphragms (BBWS51). Optional features include parabolic shafts, sensor integration, solenoid valves, and lockable configurations. Technical documentation, including 2D and 3D CAD files and comprehensive manuals, is available for download, aiding in installation and maintenance processes.

BBZS1 and BBZS5 by-pass valves have been designed to be highly versatile. These valves are suitable for different types of application and for diverse industrial sectors.
Regulation of the retained pressure depends on the loading of the spring in the heart of the valve. This load can be regulated by adjusting ring nut located inside the protective casing on BBZS1. Or by using the adjustment pin on the top back of the actuator on BBZS5 with the possibility to facilitate valve washing by opening the actuator with air injection.
