Pneumatic Positive Displacement Pumps

The pump is activated by an internal float in response to recharge natural well. Because gravity fill and discharge air displacement, no emulsification is created during operation.

Filling cycle
fluid penetrates by gravity into the pump body pushing the suction valve. The exhaust valve is open air to allow the evacuation of the same while the pump is filled. Maximum setting, the float drives a mechanism that triggers simultaneously closing the exhaust valve and opening the compressed air valve.

Emptying cycle
Increasing the pressure in the pump body causes closure of the suction valve and the ejection liquid to the network via the check valve.
The return of the float downward position triggers, unlike previously, the closing of the compressed air valve and opening the air exhaust valve. Thereafter a new cycle is initiated.
