The Pörner Life-Cycle-Service concept
Based on experience obtained from the design, engineering and commissioning of process units, the Pörner Water specialists are prepared to provide evaluation, concepts and services for long-term value retention and full functionality of the plants with low maintenance and utility costs.
In particular, Pörner Water provides predictive maintenance services for the completed plants in operation.
Main service elements- Ensure full availability of the water treatment unit at suitable quality
- Optimize utilization of process chemicals
- Installation of facilities for predictive maintenance
- Training of operators to identify potential risks and avoid process failures
The aim of the Pörner Life-Cycle-Service is the long-term preservation of the plant and its maximum availability.
Critical risk elements are by far reduced – such as unplanned downtimes, damage to key plant equipment, and environmental impacts: to ensure an operation with a significantly smaller risk profile.
- Optimized operation of the water treatment unit and auxiliary equipment
- Process optimization (increased plant availability at minimized utility consumption)
- Know-how transfer to the plant operators
