SOLTEC - Model ZM1000 -Politern Machine
The machine ZM1000 for manufacturing and vertical conveying of polystyrene concrete consists of the mixing bin, pump block and control board. The mixing is carried out through two streams baffled toward each other. These streams arise by the rotating of a special mixing device. The pumping out of the polystyrene concrete is carried out by the gerotor pump mounted on the machine ZM1000.
The machine ZM1000 is a complete and all-sufficient solution that does not demand any additional equipment. ZM1000 can be easily transported by a light vehicle and it can be operated by two people.
ZM1000 politern machine is an equipment that ideally suits for making polystyrene concrete at the construction site and its pressure conveying to the target place while pouring floors, thermal and sound insulation of roofs, manufacturing of polystyrene concrete blocks etc.
