Linde Engineering is a one-stop provider of polyethylene plant services from design and construction to integration in petrochemical complexes.
Polyethylene plants are integrated into petrochemical complexes together with steam crackers and other downstream units. At Linde Engineering, we optimize this integration and recover monomers from the vent and off-gas streams of polyethylene plants in crackers.
We cover every step of the production process, including raw material purification, catalyst preparation, polymerization, additive handling, pelleting, vent recovery, pellet blending and storage, bagging, palletizing and bulk loading.
We have executed a wide range of turnkey, lump-sum polyethylene projects, including facilities with world-scale capacities of up to 800 kta per year. We have built polyethylene plants based on Univation`s Unipol®PE and Phillips technology and are an approved bidding contractor for Univation.
Linde Engineering offers complete EPC project execution services for polypropylene plants. We offer the full range of services, from Front End Engineering Design packages (FEED) to full EPC project execution, including raw material purification, catalyst preparation, polymerization, additive handling, vent recovery, pellet blending, pelleting and storage, bagging, palletizing and bulk loading. We harness Unipol® PP (Grace) technology to deliver top quality polypropylene plants. Backed by our in-depth experience and expertise, we can integrate these plants into petrochemical complexes with a cracker or into plants downstream of propane dehydrogenation (PDH) facilities.
