Universal spreading discs for lime, fertilizer, and other materials feature a rounded shape that allows for precise spreading without overflow, reducing the number of passes needed in the field.

Hopper Body:
- Made of 3 mm thick sheet metal

Spreading System – 300 mm Width:
- Chain conveyor – provides uniform and consistent material feed
- Chain width: 300 mm, crossbars pull material directly from the floor
- Chain moves on a 12 mm plastic liner placed on the tank bottom
- Double chain cleaning system (front and rear) – prevents chain from clogging or sticking
- Conveyor chain driven by a 3-speed gearbox transferring wheel drive to the chain – ensures constant application rate regardless of driving speed
- Gearbox can be lifted hydraulically to stop material flow to the spreading discs
- Spreading rate range from 36 kg/ha to 5000 kg/ha
- Galvanized spreading discs, 475 mm in diameter, with profiled fixed blades
- Spreading discs powered by hydraulic motors (requires tractor pump capacity of 50 l/min.)
- Spreading width regulated by a hydraulic-mechanical valve that controls oil flow to the hydraulic motors – or controlled from the tractor cabin with LOW SENSE function
- Disc rotation speed range: 0–1100 rpm
- Precise adjustment of spreading width for bulk material: range from 2 to 20 m
- Boundary spreading valve – allows reduction of right disc rotation speed and thus working width
- Tachometer indicating actual disc rpm
- Application rate adjustment via gearbox gear selection and opening of the rear discharge gate
