These Genclean Pool chemical dosing systems are integrated into:

Each pre-engineered, tested and built panel mounted system includes both duplex peristaltic chemical feed pumps with an integrated controller for pH, ORP and temperature measurements.

The GWT panel mount chemical dosage system includes the following:

  • Chemical resistant tubing that are proportionally controlled with adjustable flow rates.
  • Automatic Proportional Metering Control based on ORP value.
  • Programmable Datalogger with USB connectivity for easy download.
  • Password protected microprocessor with LED display with color coded indicator lights for error messages.
  • Multi-parameter rugged digital water quality probe.
A truly multi-purpose peristaltic feed pump with integrated controller providing a simple, effective interface and easy installation for dosage optimization of Genclean Pool.
  • Capable of varying flow rates requirements from up to 0.92 gph (3.49 L) with turn down functionality and easy ability to add dosage capability by adding additional dosing systems.
  • Integrated ORP/pH/temperature controller.
  • Programmable Alarm system with level control switch for chemical tank reservoir levels.
  • Hold circuit with flow switch for safety and an ORP/PH stop feature that will not dose Genclean until the pH is corrected to ensure ORP values are in range with minimal dosage.
  • Power supply (110-240v/50hz / IP65 enclosure with CSA and UL certification).
