OmniClean - Model OCA500 -Portable Air Purification Machine

OmniClean Professional Series combines three proven technologies:

• Continuous High-Capacity Airflow
• Ultraviolet Germicidal Irradiation (UVGI)
• True HEPA filtration

It continuously ventilates with 6 air changes an hour. It eliminates particles with two stages of filtration and inactivates bacteria & viruses with UVGI.

The purification process begins with prefiltration.

The powerful 360-degree air intake ensures the processing of all untreated air in the room. The MERV 11 prefilter catches larger particles, such as pollen, dirt, hair, smoke, odors, pet dander, and more. By removing these larger contaminants, it prolongs the life of the sophisticated True HEPA Filter in Stage 3.

The air then travels into a sealed UVC Chamber.

Safe Ultraviolet Radiation Exposure or SureUVC™ exposes all untreated air in the room to high intensity, close contact Ultraviolet Germicidal Irradiation (UVGI) which inactivates viruses and bacteria. By containing the energy in a sealed chamber, no person or surrounding material is ever exposed to dangerous UVC, allowing our machines to operate continuously.

The air then passes through an IEST Certified True HEPA filter rated at 99.99% removal efficiency for 0.3 micron sized particles. This removes bacteria, aerosolized or exhalation particles (virus carriers), mold spores, radon, smoke, silica, and other harmful ultrafine particles from the air.

Finally, purified air passes vertically out of the machine. The room’s entire volume of air passes through the system once every 10 minutes or 6 air changes an hour (ACH). With the integrated exhaust manifold, the machine can be setup for full negative pressure should more stringent containment be required.
