This all Stainless Steel portable and automated Clean-In-Place CIP cart is the perfect solution for tank cleaning needs of microbreweries, wineries, smaller distillers and other mid-sized tank application industries. The cart comes equipped with two 36 gallon Stainless tanks for seperate wash and caustic rinse compartments. The CIP process is made incredibly easy with pre programmed PLC or standard wash controller. PLC gives digital pre-programming to set cycle times, transitions, etc. Ultimately becomes a single button command operation.
