Famous - Model FHM100A -Portable EPS Foam Melting Machine with Manual Crushing
The FHM100A EPS foam melting machine is engineered for efficient recycling of various foam materials including EPS, EPE, EPP, and XPS. Designed for environments with limited space, it is particularly effective at handling small-scale waste such as food trays, cups, and packaging materials. The machine operates via manual feeding into a crush-and-melt system, where the foam is initially reduced by single shaft blades before being transferred to the main barrel. In the barrel, two ceramic heaters facilitate precise melting, and the material is subsequently extruded into strips for convenient transportation and storage. Individual heating zones, as part of the screw heating melting compression technology, allow for a detailed control of the process, achieving compression ratios up to 90:1. This model offers flexibility to users through its mobility and compact design. Built with components from reputed brands such as Omron and Siemens, it promises durability and reliable performance.
This high efficient mini styrofoam melter machine adopts manual feeding, the material will be crushed by the single shaft blades and conveyed to the barrel of the main machine through the screen. This screw of the main machine can convey and heat the material to melt condition, then extrude them to pieces for easy storage and transportation.
This FHM100A EPS hot melting machine can process EPS EPP EPE foam waste, include the food trays, cups and fast food boxes, package materials. This EPS hot melting machine is suitable for the small space and capacity. We make a door which can prevent the material from coming out of the crushing chamber. Also the hopper is not high, it is easy for the people to feed the material. After crushing, the material will enter the barrel in small pieces. Then the material will be extruded by the screw. In the front of the barrel , there are two ceramic heaters to melt the material. The material will be discharged in the form of molten strips.
The density of the block can reach 500-600kg per cubic meter. One container can load more than 20 tons material.
This small hot melter is often used in the supermarket, seafood market, hotels and community.
