DPS InstrumentsModel Companion 4 - Portable Micro-Thermal Conductivity Detector Gas Chromatograph

SHARE
The Companion 4 Portable Micro-TCD GC by DPS Instruments is an advanced, portable gas chromatography system designed for field analysis and continuous monitoring. Equipped with a micro-machined thermal conductivity detector, it can house up to four GC channels within an exchangeable cartridge. Each channel is self-contained, featuring a GC oven, analytical column, pre-column, and dual Micro-TCD detectors, providing comprehensive analytical capabilities. The integrated computer and rechargeable battery allow for autonomous operation, with the flexibility to connect to an external power source for prolonged use. Sampling, injection, and backflushing are automatically sequenced, enhancing operational efficiency. Designed to withstand field conditions, its water-tight carrying case ensures protection, while the compact design accommodates carrier and calibration gas tanks. Communication protocols include RS232, RS485, and Ethernet, with support for remote control via Modbus TCP. This system embodies the evolution of conventional GC systems, offering rapid analyses and precise control in a portable format.
