Based on the principle of mercury vapor absorption at the 254?nm resonance line, it continuously draws gas samples into the detection unit using an extractive sampling system and a maintenance-free diaphragm pump. By measuring the attenuation of UV light, it accurately determines mercury concentration in ambient air at levels above 0.2?μg/m³.
