Bombas - Model BAL-C -Positive Displacement Vane Pumps With Heat Chamber
Positive displacement vane pump with built-in heat pump, very useful for when the product being transferred is highly viscous and at high temperatures (up to 250°C). The chamber can be used with hot water, oil or steam. This model can come with gasket or mechanical seal.
The vane pumps by Bombas TRIEF are comprised of a slotted rotor mounted eccentrically on a body with a rectangular vane (with canals) on each slot.
Each vane is propelled by a bolt so that the edges of the vanes brush against the interior of the body creating a watertight chamber between them. The volume of this watertight chamber varies from zero to the maximum, and then empties again completely with just one turn of the rotor.
As a special characteristic, our vanes are self-adjusting, they come out of the slot of the rotor automatically to compensate for the wear done to them, maintaining the volumetric efficiency.
