Potential Engineering - Fixed Disc Oil Skimmer

Our fixed disc type oil skimmer is a partially submerged rotating oleophilic circular disc that collects oil that floats on the surface. The oil on the surface of the disc is scrapped and collected in a tank. The collected oil is transferred by gravity to the oil sump. These skimmers are highly efficient and easy to use. They are popular as accessories for coolant tanks.

In Fixed disc oil skimmer oil adheres to the oleophilic disc, the disc is scraped clean and the collected oil flows by gravity to the sump. Our fixed disc type oil skimmer is portable and highly effective. It is electric driven at a fixed speed. It is available in single/double disc variants.
