Poultry Hawk Pout - Poultry Euthanizing System
The Talon is a user-friendly and effective way to euthanize chickens using CO2*. Applying cervical dislocation can be difficult and requires considerable strength for larger poultry. When using the Talon, simply collect a few culls into the bucket, place the bucket in the bucket holder, press the button, and let the Talon run its cycle. With the Talon, you not only have an easy way to euthanize, but you can also enjoy the peace of mind that you are using an approved method of animal welfare*.

Talon Features
- Powered by a Dewalt 20-volt, Milwaukee M18, or Makita 18-volt battery (not included)
- Mount either on a Poultry Hawk® or on a wall

- Transportable from house to house (a CO2 is needed per house)

CO2 Specifications
- Uses a common 20lb. CO2 bottle (not included)

How it works
- Pressure sensors sense whether the system is ready for operation
- A flow meter senses that the proper amount of CO2 is dispensed in the bucket per euthanizing cycle (90% target CO2 displacement)
- The bucket lid remains closed for a preset amount of time after the CO2 has been put into the bucket
