Ludong - Model LD-ZG001 -Power Plant Corrosion and Scale Inhibitor
ZG001 is composed of organic phosphonic acid, polycarboxylic acid, carbon steel and copper corrosion inhibitor. It has good chelating and dispersing effect on calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate and calcium phosphate in water, and has good corrosion inhibition effect on carbon steel and copper. Widely used pH value, good heat resistance. It has obvious effect on preventing the fouling of condenser copper pipe and copper dezincification corrosion.
Range of application:
Mainly used in circulating cooling water system corrosion and scale inhibition, such as power plants, chemical plants, petrochemical, steel and other circulating cooling water systems, corrosion inhibition effect is good, scale resistance is strong.
Usage method:
Depending on the water quality and process conditions, the general dosage of 5-30ppm is to add the corrosion and scale inhibitor needed every day to the plastic dosing drum (or box). In order to facilitate the use of water dilute after the metering pump or through the control valve door medicine at the inlet of the circulating pump (that is the catchment pool outlet) continuous addition.
