Pneumatic Conveying Systems provide gentle transfer of product from the extruder die/knife assembly to the dryer or cooler spreader assembly. Systems are designed specifically to the capacity rate and requirements of each extrusion system. 

Material Application

Extru-Tech provides a fundamental tumble-type material application solution. This design can be configured to handle multiple liquids and/or powders. Product is introduced into the coater by either a volumetric or gravimetric feeding system. Extru Tech can also provide liquid conditioning tanks, powder applicators, and pump assemblies equipped with either manual or automated control systems.
