Integral structure
Aluminum alloy material and integrated frame structure ensure rigidity and coaxiality, and improve the anti vibration ability and service life reliability of slip ring.
Loop
Electroplated gold base alloy, used for high-end products, has good chemical stability and electrical erosion resistance, low friction coefficient and low electrical noise. Electroplated silver base alloy is used for medium and low-end products with low cost, low friction coefficient and low electrical noise.
Protective Property
The protection grade of slip ring shell is IP65. The selected sealing material has the characteristics of high and low temperature stability and anti-aging. The trial temperature range is - 55 ~ 250 ℃, which is suitable for various harsh working conditions.
Good Compatibility
PROFIBUS, CANbus, Ethernet, RS485, RS422 and other data can be transmitted to ensure stable signal transmission rate without packet loss and bit error.
BRUSH WIRE
Using precious metal alloy wire, it has low resistivity, large elastic modulus, small elastic hysteresis, good chemical stability, electrical erosion resistance, good processing performance and ultra-high wear resistance.
FRICTION PAIR STRUCTURE

CORROSION RESISTANCE
The surface of the slip ring is anodized with aluminum alloy, and the anti-corrosion grade meets the requirements of C4. The slip ring is verified by 720h salt spray test, which can be applied not only to various harsh environments on land, but also to the sea.
