Pressor - Portable Compactors
A range of traditional portable compactors and options is dedicated to industrial waste (recycled waste, sorted or not). It meets all positioning without necessary civil engineering work (small areas, places with reduced accessibility). The security of compactor vital organs is reinforced by electrical sensor oil level, hour meter, and a hose protection by two steel braids and a torron. The portable compactor reduces by 3 to 6 times the initial waste volume.

- Intended to facilitate the work of operators, this device is designed to lift wheelie bins (Din or Afnor norm), of 660, 750 or 1000 liters and maximum 400 kg weight (for other capacity or a specific positioning, contact us).
All bin lifters supplied are equipped with :
- 1 non-return valve which prevents any sudden fall of container in case of a hydraulic hose break,
- 1 mechanical lock (for non-integrated bin lift),
- Lateral protection grids.
All our compactors (PT - PTL – PHGT) can be equipped with a hopper lid for a manual loading as well as for a loading by bin lifter.
In the latter case, the lid may be slaved to the working of the bin lifter.This optional equipment allows to enhance security and to avoid any intrusion into the hopper, during compactor working or not (to avoid shrinkage).

The Ozone delivery system
Perfect optional equipment for the compactor, the ozone delivery system is specially designed and developed to eliminate odors and bacteria from food waste, by the action of ozone gas diffused into the compactor.
The ozone delivery system is the bactericidal and ecological agent the most powerful, fastest and the most natural.
It is incorporated in a metal box which is fixed on compactor side, near the electrical box. Its use is easy.

Our Research Office studied specially our different equipment ranges so that their operation is feasible in a variety of configurations :
