Pressure reducing valve for pressure reducing in drinking water supply systems. The maximum media temperature is 75 ° C.

Version

This version is equipped with a pre-pressure compensation (a fluctuating pre-pressure will not affect the outlet pressure) and exchangeable valve seats, in smaller versions (DRV 403-6, DN 15 to DN 32) the entire control unit is replaceable with one cartridge. In larger versions (DRV 402-6, DN 40 to DN 65) diaphragm, seals, and valve seat are replaceable separately. All valves are equipped with double-sided manometer connections (for outlet pressure G ¼”). The media connections have external threads as per ISO 7. The fittings with external thread nozzles (brass) are included as standard (nozzles with internal thread G 3/8”, soldered nozzles or press fittings are available on request).

Materials

Body made of red bronze, spring bonnet up to size DN 32 in glass-fiber reinforced plastic, from size DN 40 in grey cast iron with protective coating, diaphragm and seals with KTW + W270 approval, inner parts of Hostaform-C, brass, and stainless steel. All wetted parts are suitable for drinking water (KTW + W270). Sizes DN 10 to DN 32 are DVGW certified and noise-control tested.
