Clean-air - Pressure Unit
The unit provides conceptual solution for workplaces with the availability of compressed air supply from the distribution system or from a compressor. The great advantages it gives the end users are low weight, small dimensions usefull for work in narrow spaces and operating time not limited by the battery capacity If the compressed air is not hygienically clean we have solution in providing air purification unit Clean-air Conditioner. This breathing protective system is suitable for working sites with a higher concentration of harmful substances and provides protection in compliance with EN 14594:2005.
CA Pressure Flow Master
The main component, inner pressure control valve. ensures the supply a constant amount of air into the hood. The inlet pressure has to be between 0,4 and 1,0 MPa. The unit allows air supply adjustment by a swivel control knob. The control knob can be locked into any position so that the set airflow will not vary. The minimun flow is limited to 160 l/min, while the maximum flow is 400 l/min. The system besides the regulating the flow of air is equipped with a warning whistle hich sounds when the inlet pressure drops below the lower level of working pressure range.
CA Pressure
Inner pressure control valve ensures supply of a constant amount of air into the hood, if the inlet pressure is in-between 0.4 -1,0 MPa. The unit in its latest version is equipped with an adjustment knob for regulation of air flow. The control knob can be locked into any position so that the set airflow will not vary. The minimum flow is limited to 160 l/min. A more efficient sound absorber contributes to noise reduction.
