              ZA type pump：

• Temp:-80℃~+175℃ Maximum operation pressure: 2.5MPa

              ZE type pump：

• Temp:-80℃~+450℃ Maximum operation pressure: 5.0MPa

• Single-stage, single-suction, axial suction, radial discharge, horizontal centrifugal pump;
• The balance hole and the front and rear sealing rings balance the axial force; the pump body with a larger outlet diameter adopts a double volute structure to balance the radial force;
• Pump support: ZA series pump is a foot support structure, and ZE series pump is a horizontal centerline support structure.
• The shaft seal cavity and the pump cover are cast as a whole. It can be sealed with packing or mechanical seal. Mechanical seals are divided into single-end mechanical seal, double-end mechanical seal, bellows seal, tandem seal, etc.;
• According to APl682 standard, equipped with mechanical seal cooling, flushing or sealing liquid auxiliary piping system;
• When the temperature of the medium exceeds 105°C, water cooling and bearing water cooling jackets are needed outside the shaft seal cavity.
• When transporting media that is easy to freeze or crystallize, heat preservation is required outside the shaft seal cavity.
• The rotation of the pump: turn clockwise from the motor end;
• The pump inlet and outlet flanges are equipped with butt-welded steel flanges, and the connection type with the inlet and outlet pipelines of the device has national standards (GB/T9115.1-), chemical Ministry of Industry standard HG20615- (American system) and HG20595- (European system), three types are selected by users.
