Repolyfine - Model LP-20 -Processing Aid for PVC Film
Processing Aid for PVC Film LP-20 is a processing aid based on a low molecular weight acrylic polymer resin. LP-20 can be used in rigid PVC formulations to improve the processability and the surface quality.ty and dispersibility in polar system are better than that of polyethylene wax, and it also has coupling property. Due to its high melting point and low viscosity, it promotes good resin fluidity, relatively reduces the power consumption of resin mixing, reduces the adhesion between resin and mold, is easy to remove film, plays the role of internal and external lubrication, and has good antistatic property.
Physicochemical Properties
LP-20 is White free-flowing powder, bulk density:0.40-0.55g/cm3, can not be dissolved in water, ethanol, can be dissolved in chloroform and methyl ethyl ketone.
