- mixing ratio 4:1 by weight
- addition of activator 3% at 10°C (50°F), 1% at 23°C (73°F), 0.3% at 30°C (86°F)
- pot life approx. 5-10min at 23°C (73°F)
- drying time to sand approx. 60min at 23°C (73°F)
- clean substrate from dust, grease, oil and other contaminates
- sand the substrate with P120
- clean with dust binding cloth
- mix base and hardener thoroughly to homogenize material
- application with spatula
