Hybrid muffle furnace integrates a chamber muffle furnace and a tube furnace in one, compact, light weight, easy to operate. Designs with inlet and outlet ports on the quartz tube with sealing flange attached in the chamber. A compact hybrid muffle furnace could be used for materials heat treatment processing under atmosphere or vacuum condition at a max working temperature of 1200?, applicable for material sintering, heating preparation of Li battery, Carbon, graphene materials etc.
