Proline Industrial valves is Fully Established With Manufacturing unit with latest. Machinery & Testing Facilities and a vast area to ensure Consistency in Production. We also have our own Foundry for Sand Casting with a 2 Pot of pouring 250 kg and 500 kg at a time. At Present this is Running and Handle on Labor Contract

Factory/Workshop

The factory is located in one of the Active Industrial Area of Rakhial, Ahmedabad India, having a Covered Area & Uncovered Area of 1100 sq. Mtrs. The electric power for the factory is 30 HP Sanctioned & Installed among one of largest power generating company Torrent Power.

Inspection & Testing Facilities

Factory is having in House Latest Inspection & Testing Facilities to meet the requirement of Inspection & Test Plan of the customer as well as the Standards for the various valves. Some of Inspection & Testing like Type Test, NDT Test & MPI Test are out sourced as per customer’s requirement. All the Material is dispatched with MTC with Covering of Hydro Test, Pneumatic Test and Continuity Test as Marked with Tag Number and Individual Serial Number Punched or Laser Marking on Each Products.

Quality Control System

Proline Industrial Valves is manufacturing and exporting of all types of Industrial Valves & Automation Valves. We have our Quality Parameters & Quality Control Measures that conform to National Standards. Regular Check – Ups with Raw Material Inward and Chemical Composition TC are checked with Steps wise Routing Tests are Carried Out Before Assembling of Goods and Final Test Again Carried Out With Visually Inspected Team Assigned as Per Project To Project Supply and Verified as Details Highlighted in Work order To Factory Team.

All the Floor Levels of the factory are Closely Monitored and been noted at different assembly Tables Job Ongoing with Proper Levels and Manufacturing Procedures.Our Quality Control Department is having more than 10 years of Experienced Professional in the Instrumentation Valve Industry.
