Pronal - Pneumatic Aircraft Recovery Cushions (PARC)
The salvage airbag produced by PRONAL can be known as Pneumatic Aircraft Recovery Cushions (PARC), a lifting solution dedicated for immobilized aircraft under accident conditions. Using pneumatic lifting cushions system is one of the methods approved by aircraft manufacturer, for the lifting of damaged/disabled aircraft. The lifting cushions are manufactured in accordance with the ARD, Airplane Recovery Document provided by the manufacturers and with the “Airport Services Manual Part 5: Removal of Disabled Aircraft” as well.
The PARC cushions are composed of various inflatable and independent chambers designed to lift any different types of aircrafts without causing secondary damages. Each inflatable unit is made from high durable and tear-proof polyamide fabric, with rubber coatings, rubber blends or equivalent, and manufactured by hot vulcanization, under temperature, vacuumed and under pressure in an autoclave, without any gluing or seam between layers. This manufacturing process enables product perfect homogeneity, thus avoid any possibility of weak and leak points and significantly increase the product lifespan.
